Overview
Our Services cover all three arms of Defence, but are predominantly focused on naval equipment and covers all types of vessels from small support boats to the largest frigates and the Collins class submarines.
Electrical and electronic components and systems from the majority of vessels comprise the broad experience held by the company. Particular expertise in the areas of communications and tactical data links highlight Bellinger's expertise.
Install / Set-to-work
Installation, set-to-work and testing on vessels and shore installations. Including Factory acceptance testing (FATs), Customer acceptance testing (CATs) and Harbour acceptance testing (HATs).
Repair & Overhaul
Communications and electronic equipment from ships are able to be completely stripped and rebuilt to as-new condition. Repair is less expensive than overhaul and returns an item to a fully serviceable state but only attends to faulty components.
Calibration
Alignment and calibration in accordance with OEM data, Defence TRS or Customer supplied data. A pickup and delivery service is available for most items in the Sydney Metro area.
Design and manufacture
Design work utilising Inventor and Altium software packages allow us to develop complex equipment for manufacture and supply.

Communications
External communications utilising multiple vendor equipment in HF, VHF, UHF and satcom environments. Internal Communication Systems including: Public Address, Intercom, and Emergency Broadcast.
Tactical Data Links
Link 11, 22 & 16 systems design, integration and maintenance. Bellinger are a leading company in Australia for design and integration of Link22 capabilities both onshore and in the maritime domain. We are the sole agents in Australia/NZ for Leonardo DRS data link equipment. This includes the latest Joint Tactical Terminals (JTT) for the International Broadcast Service(IBS).
Navigation
Navigation display control and monitoring systems. Past projects have involved the design and integration of Wide Area Differential GPS systems and interfacing for the naval survey vessels and Mine hunters.
Command, Control and Computing Systems
A wide variety of equipment and systems found within most vessel types. This includes control and monitoring equipment on the bridge and within equipment spaces. Both digital (including computer based) systems and analogue control systems are covered in great depth.
